Underwriting Assistant – Framingham, MA & Remote
The Underwriting Assistant’s (UA) primary role is to provide production support and manage accounts. They will report to the manager and work independently on a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, the following: managing a renewal book of business, handling new business accounts as received and assigned, processing quotes and binders for the division, and maintaining a suspense system to track the status of new and renewal accounts. The UA will also handle billing and endorsements. The UA must adhere to all division procedure guidelines. A background in Property and Casualty insurance, along with experience in commercial lines insurance, is required. This is a hybrid position.
Account Manager (Underwriting) – Eatontown, New Jersey
Uses independent judgment and discretion in support of their assigned production team. Fully responsible for the following: maintaining a renewal book of business, placing new business opportunities, and providing quotes and binders with complete knowledge and understanding of what is issued to our retail partners. Insurance experience is preferred. This is an in-office position.
Real Estate E&O Producer – Fairview Park, OH & Remote
The Real Estate E&O Producer is a member of the team whose primary role is to solicit, market, and bind new real estate professionals E&O business and renewal accounts. A producer uses independent judgment and discretion for his/her activities and is fully responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, the following: fostering the growth of their MPA carrier and retail relationships, as well as assisting the Real Estate E&O Program Manager and Managing Director in complying with brokerage procedures and guidelines. This is a hybrid position.
Client Services Representative – Fairview Park, OH
The Insurance Client Service Representative is responsible for providing critical support to the Client Services Manager and National Program Manager. They will be proficient in ensuring the accuracy of issued policies and endorsements. In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential. Thid is an in-office position.
Technical Assistant – Fairview Park, OH
The Technical Assistant is responsible for assisting the Associate Director, Senior Underwriters, and Underwriters with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the Program guidelines, practices, and procedures. This is a hybrid position.
