As part of a growing and dynamic team, the Collection Specialist will manage and collect all outstanding receivables from insureds and brokers. 2+ years of experience with collections or a related role is required. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of remote.
Premium Payable Specialist – Fairview Park, OH & Remote
The job of the Premium Payable Specialist is to ensure accurate and timely processing of premium payables to insurance carriers and brokers. In addition, the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on other accounting tasks and projects within the department. 2+ years of related experience is required. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of remote.
Renewal Broker – Wexford, PA & Remote
The Renewal Broker’s primary responsibility is to manage the renewal process for existing insurance policies. They will work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters to ensure a smooth renewal process while maximizing retention rates and maintaining client satisfaction. 1+ years of insurance experience + and active Property and Casualty license are required. This is a hybrid position.
Client Service Representative – Remote
The Insurance Client Service Representative is responsible for providing critical support to the Account Manager. They will be an expert on system accuracy as well as the accuracy of issued policies and endorsements. In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential. Directly reports to the Account Manager. Serves as advisor and technician for the sales team. 2+ years’ experience in an insurance environment is required. This is a remote position.
Account Associate – Remote
Member of the administration team whose role includes a combination of administrative responsibilities and entry-level production support. Independently works on a variety of duties, including assigned administrative tasks, handling binders and invoicing in the Agency Management system, and processing auto-renewal accounts. This is a remote position.
Account Manager – Remote
Uses independent judgment and discretion in support of their assigned production team. Fully responsible for the following: maintaining a renewal book of business, placing new business opportunities, and providing quotes and binders with complete knowledge and understanding of what is issued to our retail partners. Insurance experience a plus but not required. This is a remote position.
Compliance Technical Assistant – Fairview Park, OH & Remote
Under general supervision of the Compliance Director, the Compliance Technical Assistants’ primary responsibility will be to provide backup support to both the Compliance Specialist and Broker Compliance Specialist with tax requests and data entry into our Agency Management systems. Compliance monitoring and/or audit skills are a plus. This is a hybrid progressive position.
Associate Underwriter – Fairview Park, OH & Remote
In the Associate Underwriter position, you will learn the basics of underwriting for the commercial umbrella liability line of business. Underwriting is a fitting choice for individuals who enjoy using critical thinking and logic, as you will be analyzing the safety and potential profitability of apartments, condominiums, offices, and shopping centers using applications, claims history, internet research, and department guidelines. Insurance experience welcome but not required. This is a hybrid position.

This is a hybrid position.
Underwriter – Property/Casualty-Habitational Programs – Woodstock, MD
The Underwriter is responsible for underwriting, profitability, growth, and retention of new and renewal business that is consistent with underwriting strategies for assigned program. The Underwriter is accountable for managing a high-volume environment. In the role, they may act as a technical referral resource for less experienced Associate Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants. The Underwriter uses individual judgment and discretion to operate within authority levels as delegated by the Director of MPA. Associate degree and 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in insurance underwriting are required. This is a hybrid position.
Commercial Underwriter – Remote
Responsible for underwriting, profitability, growth, and retention of new and renewal business that is consistent with underwriting strategies for assigned program. The underwriter is accountable for managing a high-volume environment. In the role, may act as a technical referral resource for less experienced Associate Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants. Ensure underwriting quality and profitability through application of the appropriate level of underwriting analysis based upon risk complexity to accept, decline, and quote these accounts. 5+ years of demonstrated insurance underwriting experience and 3+ years of commercial lines of business experience are both required. This is a remote position.
Applications Trainer – Fairview Park & Remote
The Applications Trainer (“AT”) is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and delivery of training programs in support of the Agency Management and standard office software programs utilized by the company. The AT assists the Lead Application Trainer and participates in the ongoing design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for company employees. The AT uses independent judgment and discretion in evaluating employee skill level as regards software utilization. 1+ years of professional office experience as well as employee training and development are preferred. This is a hybrid position.
