A 4-year college (preferred) or equivalent to sales experience and industry knowledge is required. 2+ years of outbound sales experience and an Illinois P&C license is preferred. Client Service Representative – Greenville, SC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The CSR will support our Account Managers and Producers by handling day-to-day account servicing needs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of insurance documentation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients and carrier partners. 2+ years in of experience in an insurance service role is preferred for this role. This is an in-office position in our Greenville, SC office

As an Account Executive at the McGowan Companies, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and support of our Regional Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial insurance, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with both internal and external staff and customers in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of commercial insurance experience is required. Senior Underwriter: Assistant Vice President – Remote

We are seeking an experienced growth-oriented Senior Casualty Underwriter and Assistant Vice President with extensive wholesale and retail broker relationships and knowledge of E&S Casualty risks. The successful candidate will have frequent interactions with SPEAR’s intermediaries’ partners in providing coverage for new and renewal businesses based on the customers’ needs. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of underwriting experience in the P&C insurance industry are required. This is a remote position.

Systems Administrator – Fairview Park, OH

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation and management of network/server hardware and software. They will develop a proactive maintenance schedule and documentation. This position serves as level 2 support and mentor for the rest of the IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft, network infrastructure as well as Cyber Security. They must be able to complete installation of network cabling and other physical tasks as required. 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Systems is required for this role. This is a hybrid position.

Desktop Support Specialist – Fairview Park, OH

The Desktop Support position is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of all end user computing hardware and software. Position serves as the face of the IT department and acts as level 1 support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and communication skills. They should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft operating systems. Ability to complete installation of network cabling and other physical tasks as required. 2-year degree in IT or equivalent work experience is required for this role. This position will be assisting our employees in the pacific time zone and must be able to work during the requested hours of 10:00am – 7:00pm EST. This is an in-office position in Fairview Park, OH.
