Client Services Manager – Fairview Park, OH
Responsible for interacting with customers on account services matters. They will serve as the main point of communication between clients and McGowan. Their primary task is to maintain effective business relationships with current clients and assist with securing new accounts. This is an in-office position.


Commercial Customer Service Representative – Fairview Park, OH
Responsible for assisting Producers and other Account Executive/Managers in the Commercial Lines Department. They will be tasked with evaluating accounts to determine what carriers can provide quotes. This is an in-office position.


Compliance Technical Assistant – Fairview Park, OH
Under general supervision of the Compliance Director, the Compliance Technical Assistants’ primary responsibility will be to provide backup support to both the Compliance Specialist and Broker Compliance Specialist with tax requests and data entry into our Agency Management systems. This is an in-office position.


Compliance Specialist – Fairview Park, OH
The Compliance Specialists’ primary responsibilities, within their assigned territory, will be to make sure that the company and its brokers are operating under the proper licensure and adhere to all state laws regarding the sale of insurance in the Non-Admitted marketplace. Additionally, the Compliance Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the agreements between The McGowan Companies and our brokers. This is an in-office position.


Real Estate E&O Producer – Fairview Park, OH
Primary role is to solicit, market, and bind new real estate professionals E&O business and renewal accounts. A producer uses independent judgement and discretion for their activities and is fully responsible fostering the growth of their MPA career and retail relationships. They must also assist the Real Estate E&O Program Manager and Managing
