Associate: Payroll, Benefits, & Human Resources – Fairview Park, OH

Provides support in all areas of Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources which may include onboarding, employment record maintenance, development and training, and payroll preparation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. An accounting background is required. This is an office position.

 

Senior Underwriter – Wexford, PA

Responsible for assisting the department with underwriting projects. The Senior Underwriter for Cyber and Tech E&O will be responsible to underwrite Cyber and Tech E&O which entails rating, quoting, binding, policy issuance, endorsement issuance, risk assessment oversight, and mid-term service items. This may include new business or renewal business for the first year, settling into one or the other in the second year. This position is a production role and is not directly responsible for administration functions such as retail broker (client) management, business development or marketing. This is an office position.

 

Account Manager – Eatontown, NJ & St. Augustine, FL

Responsible for assisting the department with underwriting projects. They will be expected to quickly learn the insurance systems used by McGowan in order to be successful. Tasks will be centered around excess liability underwriting facilities. Participates with the underwriter in the renewal and new business activities that support underwriting decisions. These are hybrid positions.

 

Renewal Broker – Pittsburgh, PA & Remote

Will act as an intermediary between the retail brokers and insurers, facilitating transactions and negotiations to ensure both parties achieve their objectives. This position will focus on Insured’s that have combined premium of over $100,000 and requires strong insurance industry knowledge, insurance technical proficiency, and a degree of business acumen. The Renewal Broker will use independent judgment and discretion for his/her activities and will be fully responsible for fostering the growth of carrier and retail relationships and assisting the Director in complying with Brokerage Procedures and Guidelines. This is a hybrid position.

 

Real Estate E&O Producer – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

Primary role is to solicit, market, and bind new real estate professional E&O business and renewal accounts. Duties include fostering the growth of the MPA carrier and retail relationships, as well as assisting the Real Estate E&O Program Manager and Managing Director in complying with brokerage procedures and guidelines. This is a hybrid position.
