Account Executive – Remote (ParksPlus Insure)

ParksPlus is a Commercial Property Insurance Program specializing in high-value and complex property risks for the Amusement Industry.

The Account Executive is responsible for providing critical support to the Underwriting Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Underwriters and Producers, supporting them in their activities associated with new business, renewals, account maintenance, billing, and systems. As a strong team player, the Account Executive will support the team in data quality assurance and continuous development of best practice in Business Services. This role will require the utilization of strong communication and relationship building skills to work closely with the Underwriters, Producers, and various departments within the company. This position reports directly to the Senior Underwriter. This is a remote position.

Associate Underwriter – Framingham, MA & Remote

The Underwriting Assistant’s (UA) primary role is production support and account management. They will report to the manager and independently works on a variety of duties, including but not limited to the following: a renewal book of business, new business accounts as received and assigned, handling quotes and binders for division, and keeping a suspense to track new and renewal account status. They will also handle billing and endorsements. The UA must follow all division’s procedure guidelines. A background in Property and Casualty insurance, as well as commercial lines insurance experience, is required. This is hybrid position.

Marketing Coordinator –Remote
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating content for digital and print materials, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends to drive customer engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation, while tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize future efforts. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are essential for success in this role. Travel is required for this role. This is a remote position.

Technical Assistant – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

The Technical Assistant is responsible for providing data processing support for underwriters and associate underwriters. Duties include providing service in working with underwriting teams to understand renewal programs and create/manage data records within the Agency Management System as appropriate. Primary responsibilities will include processing insurance policies, assisting with underwriting activities, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Assures all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with business unit customer service focus. This is a hybrid position.

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Lisle, IL

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in implementing and managing digital marketing efforts across various platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and website content. This position involves working closely with the marketing team to develop captivating online content, oversee campaigns, and evaluate performance data to enhance strategies. The coordinator will help strengthen the brand’s online visibility, boost engagement, and increase conversions through different digital channels. Strong organizational abilities, creativity, and a solid grasp of digital marketing trends are essential for this role. This is a hybrid position.

Collections Specialist – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

As part of a growing and dynamic team, the Collection Specialist will manage and collect all outstanding receivables from insureds and brokers. 2+ years of experience with collections or a related role is required. This is a hybrid position.

Premium Payable Specialist – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

The job of the Premium Payable Specialist is to ensure accurate and timely processing of premium payables to insurance carriers and brokers. In addition, the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on other accounting tasks and projects within the department. 2+ years of related experience is required. This is a hybrid position.

Account Manager (Underwriting) – Eatontown, New Jersey

Uses independent judgment and discretion in support of their assigned production team. Fully responsible for the following: maintaining a renewal book of business, placing new business opportunities, and providing quotes and binders with complete knowledge and understanding of what is issued to our retail partners. Insurance experience is preferred. This is an in-office position.

Real Estate E&O Producer – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

The Real Estate E&O Producer is a member of the team whose primary role is to solicit, market, and bind new real estate professionals E&O business and renewal accounts. A producer uses independent judgment and discretion for his/her activities and is fully responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, the following: fostering the growth of their MPA carrier and retail relationships, as well as assisting the Real Estate E&O Program Manager and Managing Director in complying with brokerage procedures and guidelines. This is a hybrid position.

Client Services Representative – Fairview Park, OH

The Insurance Client Service Representative is responsible for providing critical support to the Client Services Manager and National Program Manager. They will be proficient in ensuring the accuracy of issued policies and endorsements. In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential. Thid is an in-office position.

Technical Assistant – Fairview Park, OH

The Technical Assistant is responsible for assisting the Associate Director, Senior Underwriters, and Underwriters with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the Program guidelines, practices, and procedures. This is a hybrid position.
