Senior Account Executive – Wexford, PA & Remote

The Senior Account Executive will work directly with the Director of Captive Management team to drive the engagement, execution, and growth of our Captive Insurance client base. This position requires strong insurance technical proficiency across all major lines of business insurance and a high degree of business acumen, coupled with 5+ years of appropriate commercial insurance, high-level account management, and team project management experience. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in commercial insurance, with a multi-disciplinary insurance background (casualty, claims, marketing, captive insurance, and underwriting). In addition to the items already listed above, 5+ years of commercial lines of insurance experience as well as experience with large accounts is required. An active Property and Casualty license is required. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of remote.

 

Account Manager – Remote

The commercial/insurance Account Manager is responsible for the renewal and day-to-day servicing of existing accounts. They will play a critical role in account retention. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of existing accounts. They will review renewals with the client, offer advice on coverage gaps, and confirm the accuracy of information for renewal. 3-5 years of insurance industry experience is required. An active P&C license is required. This is a remote position.

 

Collections Specialist – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

As part of a growing and dynamic team, the Collection Specialist will manage and collect all outstanding receivables from insureds and brokers. 2+ years of experience with collections or a related role is required. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of remote.

 

Premium Payable Specialist – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

The job of the Premium Payable Specialist is to ensure accurate and timely processing of premium payables to insurance carriers and brokers. In addition, the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on other accounting tasks and projects within the department. 2+ years of related experience is required. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of remote.

 

Client Service Representative –  Remote

The Insurance Client Service Representative is responsible for providing critical support to the Account Manager. They will be an expert on system accuracy as well as the accuracy of issued policies and endorsements. In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential. Directly reports to the Account Manager. Serves as advisor and technician for the sales team. 2+ years’ experience in an insurance environment is required. This is a remote position.

 

Commercial Underwriter – Remote

Responsible for underwriting, profitability, growth, and retention of new and renewal business that is consistent with underwriting strategies for assigned program. The underwriter is accountable for managing a high-volume environment. In the role, may act as a technical referral resource for less experienced Associate Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants. Ensure underwriting quality and profitability through application of the appropriate level of underwriting analysis based upon risk complexity to accept, decline, and quote these accounts. 5+ years of demonstrated insurance underwriting experience and 3+ years of commercial lines of business experience are both required. This is a remote position.

 

Analyst – Fairview Park, OH & Remote

The position of Analyst – Agency/Policy Systems is responsible for providing critical support to the Director of Acquisitions related to acquisitions and start up activities for new insurance programs. They will become an expert on using McGowan’s agency management and/or policy administration systems and will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, accuracy and archiving the following: applications, quotes, policies, endorsements, billing, and physical invoices. In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential. The position reports to the Director of Acquisitions. Insurance experience is preferred. This is a hybrid position.

 

Associate Underwriter – Framingham, MA & Remote

The Underwriting Assistant’s (UA) primary role is production support and account management. They will report to the manager and independently works on a variety of duties, including but not limited to the following: a renewal book of business, new business accounts as received and assigned, handling quotes and binders for division, and keeping a suspense to track new and renewal account status. They will also handle billing and endorsements. The UA must follow all division’s procedure guidelines. A background in Property and Casualty insurance, as well as commercial lines insurance experience, is required. This is hybrid position.

 

Senior Underwriter – Framingham, MA & Remote

Responsible for providing supervisor with information necessary to make sound underwriting decisions. Provides support within established performance standards. Assures all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with business unit customer service focus. A bachelor’s degree is required. 2-4 years underwriting experience is preferred. This is a hybrid position.
