The McGowan Companies operates on an “open-brokerage” format. We do not hold our retail agents to premium or account volume requirements, so whether you place 1 account or 100 accounts with us, we are always grateful for your business. We do, however, require that retail agents placing business with us carry at least $1,000,000 of E&O Liability.

In order to become a fully-enrolled agent with McGowan Program Administrators, we require the following items:

•     • Copy of the agency’s E&O declarations page evidencing at least $1MM in coverage
• .   • Copy of the agency’s license
•     • Updated W-9 Form
      • Executed Brokerage Agreement
•     • Completed Broker Appointment Packet
